    How do I know which option is right for me?
    If you need personalized home management with staff and vendor coordination, Nines is the best fit. If you want a collaborative, digital tool to manage schedules, tasks, and planning, Maple is ideal.

BILLING AND PAYMENTS

  • Services are billed bi-weekly, with flexible payment options to suit individual preferences. Clients can conveniently pay via a secure link provided each billing cycle or set up an automatic draft for seamless payments. ACH and credit card payments are accepted. Should service hours exceed the selected package, any additional time will be added to the next billing cycle.

  • Absolutely. If service needs consistently exceed the current package hours, an upgrade to a more suitable package can be discussed to ensure all requirements are comfortably met.

CONTACT

  • We invite you to begin with a complimentary consultation, where we will discuss your needs and how we can best support you. Following this, we will schedule an in-home consultation to walk through your residence, identify areas where you need support, and explore how our services can seamlessly enhance your lifestyle.

    After our in-home consultation, we will provide you with a customized proposal. Once the proposal is approved and the initial invoice is settled, you will receive the Pickett Poll Onboarding Questionnaire to further tailor our services to your preferences.

    On your first day of service, we will meet to review your personalized plan, walk through the Welcome Packet, and ensure a smooth transition into effortless living. From there, you can sit back, relax, and trust us to handle the details with the discretion and excellence you deserve.
