BILLING AND PAYMENTS

Services are billed bi-weekly, with flexible payment options to suit individual preferences. Clients can conveniently pay via a secure link provided each billing cycle or set up an automatic draft for seamless payments. ACH and credit card payments are accepted. Should service hours exceed the selected package, any additional time will be added to the next billing cycle.

Absolutely. If service needs consistently exceed the current package hours, an upgrade to a more suitable package can be discussed to ensure all requirements are comfortably met.
