You don’t manage the system—I do. It’s a private space where you can effortlessly hand off responsibilities, requests, and to-dos, knowing they’ll be handled with care and consistency. It’s your behind-the-scenes command center, updated weekly, that keeps your life running smoothly without the mental load.
Pickett Foundations, on the other hand, is a one-time digital setup using the Maple app. It’s ideal for families who want a personalized, mobile-friendly family organizer—without the time or effort of setting it up themselves. I take care of the entire process, customizing calendars, routines, and task lists so your system is beautifully organized and ready to use from day one. It’s a smart, streamlined solution for households that want lasting structure and visibility, designed to be self-managed after setup.
BILLING AND PAYMENTS

Services are billed bi-weekly, with flexible payment options to suit individual preferences. Clients can conveniently pay via a secure link provided each billing cycle or set up an automatic draft for seamless payments. ACH and credit card payments are accepted. Should service hours exceed the selected package, any additional time will be added to the next billing cycle.

Absolutely. If service needs consistently exceed the current package hours, an upgrade to a more suitable package can be discussed to ensure all requirements are comfortably met.

Step 3: Personalized Membership Proposal
Following the home visit, you’ll receive a custom proposal outlining your recommended membership and a detailed scope of services. Once confirmed, we begin onboarding and prepare for your first day of service, ensuring a smooth transition to executive-level support.
Step 4: The Pickett Profile
You’ll complete the Pickett Profile—our comprehensive intake form that captures key information about your family, routines, vendors, and household preferences. This is where the deep personalization begins.
Step 5: Building Your Collective
Using insights from your consultation, in-home meeting, and Pickett Profile, we’ll build your customized digital system inside The Collective—a private household command center that allows us to organize tasks, manage routines, and anticipate needs on your behalf. You stay informed, without needing to manage the details yourself.
Step 6: Welcome & First Day of Service
On your first official service day, we’ll walk through your personalized plan and tour your Collective together. From there, we take the lead—so you can fully experience the ease of proactive, luxury-level household support.
